Baari is a digital token and queue system made in India for clinics, diagnostic labs, salons and service counters.
Waiting rooms across India are packed with people who have no idea how long they will wait. Receptionists spend the day answering "how long?", patients lose hours, and a paper token or a token machine can't tell someone waiting at home when to come. Baari puts the live queue on every patient's phone and on the waiting-room TV, in their own language, for less than the fee of a single consultation a month.
